Rse and shine OH!!  Been a while..missed yall since Thursday.  How did yall fare on the holiday weekend?  Good food choices??  Mine was great; went to Myrtle beach and had fun although I dont see the fixation of bike week AT ALL.  The depressing part came when I went bathing suit shopping.  Got me a BANGING suit...BUT it was a size 3 to 5 (which was their smallest) and it fitted as well as other clothes and their smallest was a 4 to 6 and it was too big.
My eats for today will be
peaches & cream oatmeal
water
luncheon at legal seafood
leftovers from seafood
mashed potatoes
Babygirl got her surgery March 3rd...     She's from 339 to 200 as of 6/14/2012.. SOO proud of my bigbabygirl

Mornin' Diva!

Had a fair weekend - started out great, took my dd to Six Flags for her 10th b-day.  Not so good when my 18yo son decided to move-out.... he knows everything, ya' know.... major frustration.

Food had ups & downs.  Today:

B - powercrunch bar
L - apple, pepperjack cheese
D - not sure yet, something quick & easy

No holiday here in Canada (ours was last weekend)...but I had yesterday off any way

Had a not so great weekend as I was out for the whole thing and food was tough.  I gained about 4lbs .  But I'm back at work now...and back on track.

B - 2 eggs
L - leftovers...steak (~2oz), pork (~2oz), some vegetables
D - fish (with tartar sauce) and coleslaw
S - apple and a banana

Plan on a 45 min walk this evening with the dogs (they are really starting to get used to all the extra activity).

Anyway...have a great day everyone!!

Doing: Working then I have a Pouch Party to do this evening. Breakfast themed. Should be fun!

Eating: That's a far more complex question! LOL.

1. PB Oatmeal (after much consideration I have decided to give up PB again for the time being. I love the stuff too much.)

2. Hot Click

3. Probably a few lunch meat roll-ups with veggies in them and this AWESOME hummus I found.

4. Not sure if I'm having a p.m. snack

5. Most likely whatever I serve at the party, I'll eat some.

6. ???

first day of summer school today, and I'm the "principal" {I put on my big hat every summer}

I just had some quiche. Don't normally eat solid food this early. The few times I do, I remember why, and remember not to do it. Queasy. Yuck. It'll pass. I hope

Rest of the day:

3 or 4 protein shakes, 2 or 3 snack bars, some Fage yoghurt with berries and that's probably it. My scale keeps creeping up. My blood sugar keeps crashing, and I'm on day 7 (tmi alert) of my period when usually it lasts 36 hours.

I cant say I made really any good choices over the weekend. Ate too much and drank too much. Allthough I was worried that I would eat too much at the cookout, I didnt do too bad as I was busy playing hostess, but it was still too much.

Today Im taking a stand. Im putting my foot down and confronting whatever this foolishness is that my head is playing. I am stronger than this. I can do anything else and THIS is not going to be what stops me.

Unfortunately, Im heading out of the office, so My food will be little. I have a good dinner planned though. Grilled chicken, roasted cauliflower and cucumber salad.

and WORKOUT tonight. Going to try a new video as it is hot as hell outside today.

I made mostly good food choices all weekend. I am past trying things that make me sick. Crave beef like crazy... so I indulged in that. Yesterday I gorged myself on fresh SC peaches.. (got a whole basket) and I paid for it. The cleaned me out and... when I got too brave and ate some with a skin... they came up... o well... 3 years post op - it is good to know that my pouch is still there.
Today is going to be a good day. At least food wise.

coffee+ almond milk
1/2 protein bar (before walking)
coffee+ almond milk
beef cold cuts.. (lean and no sugar)
protein shake
salmon + veggies??
protein bar (maybe)
meatloaf + salad
