Been awhile, but hey all.

104 today, and it's not even summer.

Very very humid.

I'm trying to decide if its worse to make my headache worse to mow the yard today, or deal with it tomorrow...

I've been keeping up on your website and some facebook.

You have been sorely missed.  Kelly was MIA for awhile and many vitamin issues from newbies weren't addressed.  Not trying to guilt trip - just so few that can answer the questions.  I know I can't and I rely so much on your notebook.  Love it.

Pam T seems to be nowhere around for months.

Facebook, right now, is probably the easiest way to catch me.

My email piles up very quickly and I tend to look at it, say "eff it, forget it!" and leave it alone until I'm feeling adventerous. Which doesn't happen that often anymore.

I did it the completely cheesy way -

My book is a lab tracker - basically a grouping of graphs all bound in a 3-ring binder. So I'd go get all the copies, collate them, hole punch them, then put them in the 3-ring binders, then mail them all myself.

Old-school to say the least.

So glad to see you on here... wanted to tell you that your hair looks fantastic!  That's a really great look on you...

Can't wait to get the book... congratulations!
