I have taken celebrate vitamins almost this whole time. I ran out once and just decided to use the centruim I had in the cabinet and I could tell a HUGE difference (hair falling out more and just so tired) I didn't even think about the difference until I started take celebrate again. Now I wont use anything else.

Thanks for this post!! I have been taking Optisource since post op. I had no idea just how many I'd have to take, not to mention the calcium being the wrong kind. Good thing I just ran out and will now use a different vitamin. Thank you Kelly and Lady Litha for all the knowledge and info!!

If anyone has questions about vitamin requirements and lab work, I highly suggest you check out Andrea @ wlsvitagarten.com!! She rocks!! I've always been vitamin d deficient and taking a prescription supplement-which wasn't helping. Got valuable info from Andrea and now I'm doing much better. Even my PCP learned a few things from this wonderful lady!! Nope, I'm not affiliated with her, but I value what I have learned. I also use her lab tracker workbook to be sure I'm doing all I can.
