this might be kinda a dumb question, but how would I know if I "cant handle it" like will I get sick and throw up or what should I look out for?

I know some people aren't supposed to use straws but after reading on here that there isn't really a problem if you don't have trouble with gas, I started using one and it really helps to get the pills down :)

Yes you can take them but check the label because I believe they are only 200mg...I need at least 500mg 3 times a day so that means that I would have to take two and half.

you can take them but i get the cvs calcium citrate + d petites and they are smaller than the citracal petites but they are still big. when i first tried at about a month and a half post op it felt like it was stuck in my pouch for about a half hour 45 minutes so i didn't take anymore then that. i just started taking them 3 days ago now 2 months post op and they are still hard but i have no problem tolerating them. i take 3 in morning 3 at night totaling 1200mg which they say we need 1500-2000, i will start increasing it probably next week and take additional ones around lunch. i wait about 2-3 minutes between swallowing each pill though

I have a couple bites of greek yogurt when I take my vitamins.  I tried taking them with water and have the hardest time, always feels like they are "stuck".
