Quick Question about catheter

I understand the worry but after it is over I think you will wonder why did you worry. I hope you come through it easily. I have had no problems at all and I wish that for you and every one. I am getting excited for you just talking about it. We are waiting for you on the loser's bench. We have made a little room for you.

I was blisfully unaware of my surroundings when it went it.  It comes out the next day so you will still be on some great pain meds when that happens.  I was on some great stuff when it came out but honestly I don't remember it being uncomfortable.

You'll do fine with the foley, I promise.

At my pre-op the other day my surgeon stated that he uses a catheter and requires it to stay in until the next day.  My surgery is first thing on Tues. morning so I am assuming they may still have me up and walking with the catheter in??  I had a bad experience with a catheter with my C-section, so a little nervous having it in that long, but hopefully it will all go ok.
