I hit my Goal!
You are so right.!! I know you are. I'm transfixed on those darn numbers...maybe I need to switch to a new set of numbers, like body fat percentage. What should I be aiming for? I believe the scale said 24% body fat this morning--I have no idea what is normal for me.
PS--eat your darn banana...My nut says that if it has never been alive or doesn't grow out of the ground or on a tree don't eat...otherwise, anything that was put here by nature serves a purpose...banana's are one of them. Seriously people need to chill out, right? I'm not going to die because I ate 4 tortilla chips or had a drink of a coke--it is not letting those habits spiral out of control that will keep me healthy and in check. This isn't a diet, right? It is a lifestyle! You've got that down pat...I'm still growing.
