100g and counting
So I have been consistently getting my 100g protein in. And since I work nights it is very difficult. I usually get it in in about 14-16 hours. Anyway, I would like to increase my weight loss, soooooo this week I plan to start walking. It has ben hard due to a bum knee. Bu****ch out, because if my behind can get out and limp for a couple miles a day I will do it. I was supposed to be doing a C25K about 3 weeks ago. Welllll that never happened, so I have set a more reasonable goal for myself. And Iam not entirely crippled by my knee just yet so there really is no reason for me not to getoff my ass and start to move some. Well ther it is. Good night. Muah!!!!
I am glad you doing so good. And it is noty easy to get the proteins in. Currenly I am on 120-160+ daily. That level allows me to (finally) get my blood protein levels mid normal...
As for walking - PLEASE make sure you have good quality walking shoes - and change them every 6 months - more or less depends how much you walk.
