Pannus problems...

The NP at my bariatric center recommended max strength athletes foot cream. It works great!

I have this problem and other areas as well. The anti fungal cream works but it always comes back.

What I've found to work best is to wa**** really well and use a hair dryer to dry the area. 

Then apply Caldesene Powder. It contains zinc which is a natural skin protectant. It's used for Baby rashes and chaffing in adults. It keeps me dry and fresh all day long.
