Did you order the D3 50 from vitalady? She is very quick with shipping so it should be there very soon.
Don't waste your time with the D2. I don't know how well it is absorbed pre op but it definetely won't do any good afterwards.
When my D was very low I took one dry D3 50,000 iu daily until it got back up. Now it is doing pretty good and I am having my labs done soon to see if I need to add anything or cut back.

It's not absorbed well pre-op either.
Well, it's actually a matter of, we have to convert D2 to D3 in our bodies and it takes a whole lot of D2 to make a little D3, and that's true pre-op as well as post-op.

You ordered the 50,000 IU dry D3, right? Good for you. You're on the ball.
Take one every day.
Yeah, I know that seems like a lot more than what your doc recommended. But you need your D level at least 80, according to the Linus Pauling Institute.
Take one a day for a couple months, then get your level tested again.
