Another Vitamin question....
No big deal, unless you're severely deficient in one of those things. If that's the case, why are you going to be without them and how can you get some?

If at all possible try to keep some extra on hand. I typically order 6 months of my vitamins, calcium, etc. at a time. When I get down to opening the last bottle, I do a reorder. These are life-long necessities, so you need to form some type of budget for these. One simple thing I do is that I always place change in a bottle or tall glass. I never carry coin change as it falls out in couch cushions or on the car floor, or ends up in the washing machine. Saving these coins will add up over a few weeks, and you'll be surprised how much the coins will add up to. You might want to think of it as your vitamins emergency fund? DAVE

I wont be able to afford them until the 1st. I can buy what I need then, but I will be about 7 days with out them, and I wasnt sure if in that time I will be doing major damage to my body.
I do understand these are life long necessities, I am just getting to the point that I can fit them into my budget, so I wont have this issue again. I have had assistance with getting my vits since surgery, so this is the first time I am on my own with getting them.
Thanks
