Today I walked

SOOOOOOOO, i had a bum knee.  Doc wanted toshoot me with lidocaine/cortisone.  I was scared and cancelled the appointment A MONTH AGO.  I have been in agony since.  Well, monday I called and begged to be seen ASAP.  He administered the shot on Tues morning and wed I was a little sore.  Well today I felt like a million bucks and actually took a walk with my daughter.  We were only out for 20 minutes due to threatening rain.  But I plan to get back out tomorrow and I even go on the Elliptical with my knee being on fire.  Yeah me!!!!!

OK, your title made me LOL. I was like, I walk EVERYDAY!

But my sister has bum knees, and double knee replacement in September, so I know your agony and most of all, SHARE IN YOUR JOY at having a pain free walk.
