I had nine holes because of complications and the one by my belly button bled a few times while I was in the hospital I was there 5 days, after that I did have blood staining on a few of the bandages
Totally normal, expect to even have gained a little weight due to the amount of fluids pumped in you. The tape will either fall off on its own or the Dr will remove it. This is what I went thru as well. The swelling and bloated feeling will begin to go away in a few days to about 2 weeks.
