18 Pounds under my BMI

I have not seen the surgeon for 6 months. I have lost the weight since doing my six months in the Bariatric Clinic. I need to Weigh in next week prior to doing the 2 week diet.

Every program I have come across requires you to lose some sort of weight before surgery.

It doesn't make sense that they are telling you your weight needs to be higher next time you weigh in.

Like everyone has already said, most programs use your starting weight to submit to insurance, not a weight they get after you started the program.

That just doesn't make any sense.
