day 1 of the de-carbing liquid diet. LOL
So I recently realized that I was eating entirely too many carbs. funny how just a bite here and there quickly becomes carbs at every mealand snack. I decided to go back to my pre-op liquid diet for 2 or 3 days to see if I can break the carb cravings. Today was day one and it's gone pretty well. I've had 2 protein shakes, 3 bottles of water, 2 big glasses of kool-aid sweetened with splenda and a sugar free popsicle. I haven't died or killed anyone yet, so I'm proclaiming it a success. Think I'll mix up some sugar free protein pudding for tomorrow. I haven't gained back any weight yet, but not really loosing either. Hope this works to get me back on track.
