have so much going on i cant wait ive been approve now i have to wait for a datei quit smoking cold turkey been 3 weeks and lost 17 pounds now whats next

i just got approved to.. hooray for us .. scared tho . lol

You have already taken the most important step.....you have made a choice to take FULL responsibility for your health which is a Blessing...I am 1 year 1 monthand 11 days post op and began at 306 pounds....and now i am at 222.5  and still losing looking forward to my 18 month check up in December...anticipating to be at 200-190 ( with the HELP of The LORD)........ ...so whats next......the next moment, the next breath, the next POSITIVE accomplishment  and learning to enjoy YOUR Gift of LIFE and the challenges that comes with it....
