Thank you!!!

and don't ask me why I didn't Google it first, normally Google is my friend!   My excuse is that I'm at work (bad me) and have lost the brain power to think before I type...

lol... no worry... believe me - it took me a while to find protein powders that are both natural and affordable.
BTW: one protein bar that I eat as a treat - and it does have some stuff - not not too bad  - is Power Crunch. It uses stevia as sweetener and some sugar.. (but not enough to cause trouble even for me - I do have real bad RH) That thing taste just like a candy bar - kit kat - but it is much more crispy and light.  Try it... I use that as a dessert and a treat - rather than a "protein source".

I forgot to mention the Nectars Natural protein powder - But - it is more expensive and I do not like how it foams (more than the others) so I do not use it personally.  But - that is also something that you may try... if you decide to start using more natural (with less additives) product.

Click also have now all natural product. No Splenda. I got some... But do not use that too much.  (bit too pricy and too many carbs for me..for the proteins in the serving )

BTW: the ATW have website - and you can buy trial packs  - for 2.99 (2 pouches) and that include shipping.
But ... then ,,, their direct price is too expensive... so I get their products (once I know what I like) from either one of the sides.
I also buy the stevia from one of the sites. Liquid.  It you decide to use it and have not yet - it may take time to get use to a bit of after taste.  You need to try different brands of stevia.

You may also check the group on OH: Great people - great ideas about more "natural" way of eating ...

If warning me about potentially harmful substances in food is hate, you all are welcome to hate me all day long, everyday, TWO TIMES a day if you want.
