What's for dinner - Friday!

It's rainy and cool here peeps. I'm not sure what to make of that.

I gotta go back and see what I said I was making for dinner. Cuz I remember it sounding really appealing. I think it was oven fried chicken?

Right now I can't think about eating. I went to a farewell party for a co-worker and there was Mexican food - and not of the "I should eat it" kind. To my credit, I took to splitting stuff with another long-term post op in the building so it wasn't that bad but I did have a part of a papusa, half a tamale and I will cop to drinking some rum punch (an hour later I am still all "warm and fuzzy" inside).

Here's what else I had today:

1. Breakfast taco
2. Chicken and Corn chowder and a nectarine

Anyway...what's on your plate?

so far today I had an inch piece of a waffle with regular syrup...(felt like **** for a minute afterwards)
2 mcdonalds nuggets with about 15 fries and a cheeseburger with no pickles and extra onions... went to sleep after that.. Sigh
a slice of sock it to me cake....
My daughter made a spinach quiche last night and it was delish... so I made a lorraine one with ham and swiss cheese and onions and mushrooms... it's in the oven now.

started with a pb granola bar for breakfast, then I was still hungry and had a small piece of corn on the cob cold, which I sucked down and then felt sick.

bought some kinda fresca brown rice chip things, had some of that at lunch with a tiny mac salad that came with the turkey, bacon, lettuce tomato, mayo on a roll, I ate 2 bites of and gave the rest of my half to my husband.  (we bought a sandwhich to split since we went to the beach)

dinner was a leftover piece of skirt steak that I topped with garlic tomato sauce and some sprinkle parma cheese.

hubby just cut me an apple, I had a bite of and passed the rest to him.

Looking at this, it looks like I ate alot but I really didnt eat all that much.

now if only I could work on my drinking more.

I cooked stew beef with onion soup mix until tender, got mine out and put noodles in for the guys.  Made a squash casserole with grated squash, cottage cheese, egg and shedded cheese.
