OH HAPPY DAYS...."ONEDERLAND"
On my 4th month post op I reached 199.2 so yes, Onederland. Today I am at 196.2 and so happy that I reached out for help and got my RNY. I have been blessed with no complications as of this date and I will continue to follow the advice of my surgeon and NUT. I plan on giving myself 9-12 months before I might, (might) venture out and try a "NO,NO food". Last night I was at Safeways deli, I picked the skinless chicken breast over the fried one with the skin on it....I also looked at the cookies I would eat by the truckload but left them alone.
