I have lost 178 lbs and I am still losing. I have went from a size 26 /28 to a 6 or 8. Eventhough I had a small complication I do not regret having the surgery one bit. If you can tell from the top pictures I was miserable and dying inside. Now I am able to live again and do things that a person that weighed over 320 pounds would never even consider. PS sorry for all of the sand all over me in the picture. I was playing in the sand and water with my son. Something I would have never done before.

We had surgery the same day. I am down 105lbs. I started at 318. I am so happy for you. You look great!!
