My Favorite Jeans
Back in 2004, after I lost weight with my first WLS, I found a pair of jeans that I loved. All I remember about them is that they were size 3 and they had a button fly. I loved those jeans and wore them all the time until I out grew them
I still don't know why that wasn't a wake up call for me to stop eating refined carbs.
I have been looking for the same jeans for months. I looked in all the thrift stores I went to and even on Ebay. For some reason I couldn't find many jeans in size 3 anymore. They all seem to be either 2 or 4. I kind of remembered the label but couldn't remember the brand.
Today I was shopping at a store with my daughter. It is kind of a thrift store and most of their clothes are $3 or $5. Today they were having a sale so I started looking in the jeans. I found the pair I was looking for. The label looks familiar but they are size 2R instead of 3. They were called Boy Fit. They also had a pair that were 2R but weren't Boy Fit. There was another pair that were size 2 Tall. I could tell by putting them up that they were way too long. I bought both of the other pairs. They were a dollar each! They are Gap Boot Cut jeans. I took them home and tried them on (I hate trying things on at the store) and the Boy Fit fit perfectly. The other pair that wasn't Boy Fit also fit but they were a little tight. They felt exactly like I remember.

Jeans are so hard because even in the same brand, different ones fit very diffierent. I found a pair at the thrift store yesterday and bought them even thought I promised no more that have to be hemmed. Why is it that the 12p didn't have to be hemmed and the 6p do? Makes no sense to me at all.
good for you for finding them and getting them.
