protein shake question

my boss told me i have to be at work at 6:30 m tomorrow (2 HOURS EARLY) so i was thinking of maybe making my shake tonite so i can grab and go.....are there issues with that? will the protein break down or something? i don't want to have to choke it down if its not gonna be effective.

I doesn't take that long to make it up. Drink it on the drive to work.  It's not a goor practice to make shakes several hours ahead of time. DAVE

 Another option may be a RTD shake.  I keep those handy in case I am in a hurry.  Or a protein bar.

No, the protein will not break down.  Think of a jug of milk sitting in your refrigerator for a week.  Does the protein break down?  Does that milk have more protein on Monday than it will have on Friday?  Nope.

The protein won't break down but I found that the texture changed
and they thicken up after sitting. I didn't care for that much.

I love these protein shakes http://www.tryabouttime.com/ They come in a shake and go bottle. I keep a few in my desk at work, so I'm always prepared.
