Back on Track 14 days new goal
So... 14 days ago I decided to get my head out of my bootay and do what I'm supposed to do!!!!!!! I have lost 8 pounds so far and I'm loving it!!! I have increase my protein to 80-100 incleased my water to 100oz and decreased my calories to 1000-1100. I only eat high fiber whole wheat cabs and I watch my fat. I log everything I eat all day and try to exercise. I am really feeling great about myself amazing how 8 pounds can make you feel!!!! I still have a long way to go but I am pumped and I know I can do it. I have a goal I am looking forward to... my parents 40th anniversary party is September 17 which is 5 1/2 weeks away. I would like to lose 15 pounds by then or at the least 10 pounds. Its gonna take some hard work and dedication... but I CAN DO IT!!!! And so can you... whats your goal???
