What's for dinner this fine Friday night?

First off, I'm trying to wrap my head around the fact that the workday is almost done. I hiccupped and it was time to go!

Oh well. It was a good work week, both for my day job and for my Bariatric Foodie endeavors. There are exciting things a'comin' peeps! :) Can't wait to share it all.

For dinner...not sure. I had a big lunch so dinner might not be for a while.

Here's what I've had today:

1. Piece of double fiber toast with two scrambled eggs with a laughing cow light wedge melted into them

2. A SLAMMIN' house salad (from Pizzeria Uno) with the tastiest damn hunk of goat cheese in the middle and raspberry vinaigrette. Then I got a personal sized Mediterranean pizza and ate half of it.

Sigh...it's so lovely in Baltimore today. I need to go walking. Anyway, what's on your plate?

RNY Gastric Bypass 1-8-08 350/327/200 (HW/SW/CW). I spend most of my time playing with my food over at Bariatric Foodie - check me out!

I am finding post-op I have leftovers of everything. So I eat something for breakfast lunch and dinner sometimes for a couple of days to get rid of leftovers. Then I never want to eat that food agan!!! When I was a new post op strangely I could tolerate ledo pizza but not much else so I ate some of that. Ugh we had so much leftover and I am never having ledo pizza again. The thought of any pizza makes me sick but I think thats probably a good thing!!
