You might want to try to find SUGAR FREE Cool Whip... I have better luck with that than with the fat free.  I can tolerate a certain amount of far, but too much sugar is a major issue...

Anyway, just be aware there's still calories in these, but otherwise... glad it's working out for you!

I used a very small amount and it is sf too. It just makes me feel like I am eating something...lol.  I bought SF fudgesicles not even thinking, but not sure we can have these.

Yes, you can have those SF fudgecicles... I have a box in my freezer at all times.  They are SO delicious... I can't tell the difference between the SF ones and the normal ones!  Enjoy 'em...

It's Pam's recipe from on here.  Here it is.  YUMMY!!!\  I have  a batch made up for at home and I have a batch of it at work so that I can drink it there if I get hungry or cold.  You can find a lot of differnet links to things by typing it in the search bar at the upper right hand corner,  Enjoy!

Protein Hot Chai Mix
6 scoops vanilla protein powder
1.5 cups non-fat powdered milk

3/4 cup instant unsweet tea mix

3/4 cup Splenda
1T. chai spice mix (or use half cinnamon and half ground ginger)
1t. ground cloves 1t. cardamon (original recipe calls for this, but I don't have any, so skipped it)

Mix all dry ingredients in bowl until well blended. Add 1/2 cup of mixture to mug and add either splash of cold milk or water -- stir to create smooth paste (so you don't get lumpy protein powder). Add 8oz ho****er and mix well. You can top with Light Redi Whip and a sprinkle of chai spice or drink it naked. (The drink is naked, not you.)

Recipe makes 7 half-cup servings.

Calculation below is without the "splash of milk" when you're mixing the tea.

If you use RediWhip -- it adds about 20 calories.
