I am completely happy with my results so far. I am almost 9 months post-op and hit my weight goal last month. I keep up with my protein and limit carbs...no simple carbs other than a nibble here and there :)
I need to exercise more, especially strength training. I quit logging my food a month ago and need to start again to keep myself on the straight and narrow.
