Just got word yesterday.... I have to have my gallbladder out. It is full of stones and sludge!
GRRRRR.....

I am wondering will this help some of my constipation problem?
Just a thought - I know probably wishful thinking...

Thanks Jamie

I had mine out 17 yrs ago and have had diarrhea ever since... until RNY that is now I'm constipated, honestly I prefer diarrhea but what can yah do!  Good luck, I thought the gall bladder surgery was a piece of cake compared to RNY.  Hope you have a speedy recovery.

Hope your surgery goes well. I had my gallbladder removed when they did my RNY. Have you considered probotics for constipation? I do plain greek yogurt and fresh or frozen fruit with a little sweetner stired in if needed.

I too have had GB surgery, 25 years ago. I have loose bowel 1-2 days a week since.

Thanks everyone. I am sure things will go fine. I'm looking forward to diarrhea!! I'll take it. LOL - Even if it's just for a short period of time.
Thanks again for the posts!
