Make sure you're getting your liquids; dehydration is quick to creep up on us.
Nausea, lightheadedness, both symptoms of dehydration. Pinch a fold of skin on
the back of your hand; if the fold stays up, you're getting dehydrated but you can't
drink enough to alleviate the problem. If you're at this point, you need to be given
an IV of solution. See your doctor, right away.
