Brief update on labs ~ waiting for a copy

I got the results today:

Hemoglobin 13.8 (range 11.5 - 15.5)
Hematocrit 42.3 (range 34.0 - 45.0)


Vitamin D, 25 OH 98 (range 30 - 100)

B-12 >2000 H (range 250 - 1100)  I don't worry here, may drop down a little per day I'm taking 2500

Serum Iron 96 (range 35-145)
Unsaturated IBC 213 (range 155 - 300)
Calculated Total IBC 309 (range 250 - 450)
Iron Sat. 31 (range 20 - 50)

Ferritin 93 (range 10 - 220)

Our numbers before were similar and ferritin and sat is about the same now.  I'm going to continue as I am (taking 2-3 Proferrin a day) and Tender Iron (oops when I remember at night).  I haven't been real consistant with the Tender doubt it's made much of a difference.  The Proferrin is pretty expensive but I'm staying on it if that's what it takes to keep my numbers up.
