Brownie Batter recipe
Hey guys! A friend of mine had Lap-band in May. Now she is losing hair unbeleivably!!!!!!!
I saw a recipe on here before for Brownie Batter, i remembe rit was peanut butter and chocolate protein powder cant remeber the rest does anyone have that? She needs to up her protein!!!
Also FYI for those who do not know........Butterball has came out with pre-prepped and frozen turkey burger patties, there is 30 grams of protein per serving. Trying these out tonight will let you know how they taste!!!!

If you do a search you should find that recipe. It was similiar to the recipe I have for protein balls that I make all the time and I love them. Here it is.
1 cup peanut butter (I use regular creamy, I know some people only use natural, sugar free or whatever)
1 cup vanilla protein powder
3 Tablespoons cocoa
1 cup rice krispies or granola (I use 3/4 cup krispies and 1/4 cup granola, nice crunch..I have a granola that doesn't have nuts and is pretty low sugar)
Splenda to taste...I actually don't usually add much, probably since I use the regular PB
roll into one inch balls, 10 grams of protein per ball. I'm not sure about the calories, but I LOVE them!!!

Oh and I wanted to add...I too am losing my hair like crazy and I get in tons of protein. I think it just has to run its course.
