Multi Vitamin Help

Thanks!  Could you share a link to that study?  I found another study by Harvard saying you only need 1,000 mg per day.  So 2,000 mg for us RNYers.

I can see where we would need that amount of Calcium.When you think about it.If we don't absorb all of the calcium we take perhaps if we had taken 3k-5k we would actually get the 1500-2000 we are suppose to get.I think you raise a valid point.Maybe thats why calcium deficincies are a problem.Most people are following the old news.Hmm I'm going to look into this more.I recently found out from my doc that you can take a multi and Calcium together.The info I got on here I was told never to do that.Well I listned and I wasnt getting all my vitamins in.Now I am, so please listen to your doc's.Although people some times try to help on here they are not medical proffesionals and they don't replace your doc and nuts
