YET another vitamin question
You know, I don't think we have many Flintstones folks around here these days. Or else they are all just afraid to say that's what they take because they don't want to get jumped on. But really, it seemed like some time ago anytime someone posted about vitamins there would be a few saying how that's what they took and their labs were all perfect (never mind that they never seemed to get all the labs they needed or at least were never willing to share the actual numbers). But now I mostly see someone jumping in to say "Don't take Flintstones"
Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor. Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me. If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her. Check out my blog.
Celebrate will send you a free sample pack of their chewable vitamins including their yummy creamy bites (which are calcium citrate and are so, so good!) I got a free 90 day supply of vitamins from Bariatric Advantage. There is a form your surgeon has to fill out and sign and fax it to Bariatric Advantage. You will get a 90 day supply of chewable vitamins, calcium citrate, sublingual B12 and iron. Someone sent me the form so I don't know if it is on their website or not but you could probably call them and find out.
