WTH is going on.
Okay i am bloated and my stomach hurts like ive been doing sit-ups, I can assure you that i haven't done one sit up. I am on my Pre-Op diet. Does that have anything to do with it? This is week 2 for me 4 days to go...last 2 days I just thought i was Full of Gas, but it happens at night, and i usually don't get my last shake in.
I eat on my diet(lean protein)---but do 2-4 8oz shakes 3-4 0z of tuna or fish,,, 64oz water...Why does it feel like I overate..My luck its my missing Period!

What kind of shakes are you using? Are you making them with milk? Is that by any chance a lot more milk than you are used to drinking?
Has it been a while since you pooped? Even though you're drinking a lot, you're probably not getting very much fiber so you could be constipated.
