Heartbroken!

I hate it when people drop the ball like that.  No one can possibly understand how important this surgery is to YOU and the mental psyching yourself up for the surgery is intense.

Me?  I'd be checking up everyday (twice a day) to see where the paperwork is and the status of it.  Hopefully, when you get your date, it will be at a time that you can look back and say, "Even though I'm still mad, this timing worked out better in the long run."

Seriously, I feel for you!
