Let's see-clear chicken broth sprinkled with unflavored protein-about 2 ozs
if the above goes down ok, 20 minutes later possibly fat-free pudding sprinkled again with unflavored protein 1.5 ozs.
40 minutes later, decaf tea,water,protein drink and sucking on sugar-free popsicle. which all in all over 60 minutes probably amounts to less than 8 ozs but I'm trying.

We had baked chicken breasts, peas and a noodle side dish....I ate a couple bites of everything...just to tired to really eat or care.
