B12 Vitamins

I apologize if I made it sound like I don't think the sublinguals work as well as the shots.  As far as I know, the sublinguals, shots and nasal spray are all about equally effective, at least for most people.  I like the shots because I did not like the taste of the sublinguals I tried, because I find them convenient and because in my head I feel like that way I know for sure that I'm getting the right amount.  I'm pretty sure that's just in my head, though.  Most people that use the sublinguals do just fine on them.

Lots of docs wait until three months out to do labs, and I think that's fine unless you have symptoms of some sort of deficiency, then I'd check them sooner.  1000 mcg B12 a day ought to be plenty, though.

You need to take either sublingual 1000 mcg daily or monthly injections to start and then increase if needed based on your labs.
