I was curious if someone knows of a list that provides types of so called slider foods? Maybe a website or something?? I am very curious to see what kinds of foods are on there.
Thanks!

pretty much if you can eat it with a spoon, it's a slider. i've seen people call cheese slider too, but i don't know how much i agree with that...

I don't know of a list, but basically it's anything that can/will go down easily, such as mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, puddings, shakes, etc... Also, things that are crunchy tend to fall into that same category, so chips, crackers, cereal flakes, etc... go down easily. You can also consider soups to be in that same category. These are all things that you can consume a great deal of volume where dense proteins don't allow you to consume as much volume.

I hope that helps,
