B1 low at a 79

Received my 6 months labs yesterday in the mail, looks like the B1 (Thiamine) is low.  Included was a slip of paper with suggestions on B1 vitamins, both types are mail order.  So my question is:  can we (us RNYers) get extra B1 vitamins from a Walmart or RiteAid?  I live in a small town and those are my choices.

Thank you.

Any brand of B1 will be fine.

My first check at B1 indicated my level to be an 11.  I went to Walgreens and got some B-1 and a B Complex and a month later my B1 is up to 147.
