For the first time in over 25 years I am no longer clinically obese. My BMI is 29.9 and puts me officially in the overweight category on this scale. Yipee!!!!!!!!

Wow, you have lost al lot of weight! You must feel amazing! Good for you. You have quite a bit to celebrate. It must change your whole life to have lost 184lbs? How many sizes is that?

Yes it is awesome and I just went shopping today. Size 32 to size 16. It is probably smaller, but my panni is quite large (hangs down to about 2-3 inches above my knees) and I need the bigger size to get pants over it.

I bet if that were gone, you would be a 12. Is your PCP going to try to help you get insurance coverage to remove that?

Actually my surgeon is. I have 3 hernias that need to be repaired and in addition to rashes, the weight of what is hanging is causing lower back pain. I see my surgeon in December and we will talk more about a plastic surgeon to do it. He thinks my chances are pretty good that insurance will cover it. I hope so. I keep praying about it.
