cereal?

 I can eat cereal. I do every morning lately. I found hi lo protein cereal that is really tasty. It has 90 calories for a half cup, 1 gram of sugar, lots of fiber, not much carbs, and it is so good. I love the maple pecan kind. 1/2 a cup is perfect because I wouldn't be able to eat anymore than that. I found mine at Shoppers Food in Maryland but look around. If you can't find it in the store it is on netrition.com. I couldn't do cereal until 6 months or so.

someone told me about FIBER ONE so i bought a box so i could have something to Sprinkle on my FAGE Greek Yogurt & Strawberries! and you know what? its YUMMY!!! so now i just make little Half Cup baggies and i take them to work for when i get the Munchies!!!  and they have 57% of your Daily Fiber in a half cup!!! it really IS yummy!!! its Crunchy and just a tiny bit Sweet!  its Perfect!!!  ON my Yogurt & Fruit OR just as a Munchie!

I normally have a protein coffee for breakfast.  I ate Weight Control Quaker Instant Oatmeal before surgery and once after.  It has added protein in it.  You can add additional vanilla protein powder to any oatmeal/ cream of wheat too.
