Is it even possible? 26lbs/28 days?

I don't have one because I'm posting from my phone. Have to wait til I'm in a place my laptop works. I don't have internet in the house thanks to at&t messing up the lines.

You can do it. I lost 14 lbs on the two week liquid diet. No lie, it was a challenge. I felt really proud of myself that I stuck to it. I just had the mindset that I cannot fail this time. At first I didn't think it was going to come off. I was premenstral the first week and then all of a sudden the numbers did drop on the scales. And you have 4 weeks so it is do-able. Hang in there. What is 4 weeks compared to the rest of your life. You are stronger than your biggest craving. Hang in there girl. You can and will do this. You owe it to yourself to believe in yourself. Good Luck.

I lost 27 pounds in 3 weeks and I was allowed to eat food.  I did low carb/no sugar/high protein.  The weight just fell right off.

I think you can do it!!  Good luck!

Hi Amber. I lost around 26 lbs on my 2 week liquid diet so it is doable. You can do it! Good luck, it will all be worth it in the end.

I was on liquid diet 2 weeks before surgery. The morning of my surgery they weighed me and I was down 20 lbs. I definitely think that its possible. I also went to the gym though during those two weeks and busted tail so I know that helped.

I did Optifast for 3.5 weeks and lost 26 pounds. It's possible.

I actually didn't mind the liquid diet. The first three daysish are crappy as your body detoxes, but then ketosis kicks in and your energy zooms up. I didn't feel hungry or lack energy and felt way healthier by the time I went into surgery.

Best of luck!

hun.  you can do this . I also think its better for you anyway . because your body will get used to the liquids and not solids. the way i did it . i missed food so much . and still do because of eating before surgery .. whatever the situation. just go in knowing you will do fine..

Thank you for the encouragement! Two days down, only 26 to go.
Pretty pretty please, don't you ever ever feel like you're less than f*ckin' perfect.

Well, so far so good. In three days on Modifast, I have lost almost 7 pounds. The shakes, soups and puddings are great and haven't experienced any hunger. Late last night I got the munchies, but I honestly think that was because snacking is out Friday night ritual. I made myself a glass of Mio sweet tea instead. I got through it just fine.

I know I will hit a plateau and probably get utterly sick of the same two soups every day, but so far I'm doing really well. Thanks for all the help!
