Non food rewards!
I have to say I have changed A LOT in my life (all for the good), I have obviously had WLS, I stopped smoking (I really wish I had done that sooner, but I cannot turn back the hands of time), and i have ended a toxic friendship (sad, but I cannot allow people in my life right now that are negative and self centered)... so with that said, I took a small amount of the money I have saved over the last 5 weeks on my smokey treats and had the best day yesterday and did not consume a single calorie doing it... can we say MANI-PEDI. I felt like a princess, it was so relaxing and now my toes and finger look fabulous
I am going to continue treating myself once a month and use some of the cash I am saving from not smoking.

First.....a big congratulations on quitting smoking. I quit in 1981, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. It is so weird...every now and then I have a dream that I am smoking again, really a nightmare, and when I wake up I am sooooooo thankful I have kicked THAT unhealthy habit.
My non food reward was buying clothes for myself. I hated, hated, hated shopping for years. Also, I did not have the money, with 3 daughters and college expenses, to shop anyway. Now, I really enjoy it. So much so, I have backed away from it completely because I do not want to develop a transfer addiction. I found myself buying things I have wanted for years and some really big ticket items and decided enough was enough. But enjoy your non food rewards....you've earned it.
Also, congrats on ending the toxic relationship. Oftentimes that is very difficult to do. Each time I have, I am amazed at how much peace enters my life and how little I received from the relationship anyway.

Great job!
When I was early out someone had posted an rewards list and over time things have been added to it, I will try and post it. It is pretty long so I will make it a seperate post.
Keep up the good work and enjoy pampering yourself.

Congratulations for all those things. Particularly ending the toxic relationship and quitting smoking. Those are HUGE things!
I never got pedicures when I was fat. I was too embarrassed or thought I wouldn't fit in the chair. Now I go all the time. What a wonderful treat.
Other fun non-food rewards for me..a day at the Korean ladies day spa, massage, getting my bike, trying on clothes that I have no intention of buying (I find this particularly satisfying), and the beloved manicures.
