ok, pre op, i had gone through and changed all of our food to whole wheat, bread, pasta, etc...we did pretty good with it....just ate a whole lot of it...this was like 1-2 years pre op before i even thought about surgery...
now i am reading that whole wheat is not that good for me anymore....
so now i am 6 months post op, down 87 pounds since december, surgery was april 4th, but i have been steadly loosing weight since dec, but now i am in my very first major stall..i call it my resting period.

anyhow my local store had dreamfeild pasta on sale so i bought some as i had read you guys like it...

so here is what i have in front of me
dreamfields
calories 190, carbs 41, fiber 5, protein 7..i know to take the fiber from the carbs to get your carbs that you count etc..

but here is whole wheat pasts
calories 180, carbs 41,fiber 6, protein 7...

so there is not much difference between them..but the dreamfeilds says on the front of the box digestaable carbs 5 grams...

so what is the difference...anyhow, i am having some spaghetti goolash stuff and its wonderful..havent had pasta for a long time...i was cleared to have grains now (legeally) i will admit i had some before i was cleared...

thanks for the help
