Depression - Never reached my goal
I dont want to bring you down more, only to get you to focus on the positive. My surgeon said statistically, WLS doesn't take off 100% excess weight in most people...maybe 80% if done well. This doesn't mean you can't get to goal. Just focus on the positive...the amount of excess fat you have taken off If you continue to practice good habits, you might get to goal in the future. Especially working out. Thats what I find is missing in most cases
Thank you all for suggestions. Im going to try these. Starting today, log all foods, drink a full glass of water before I eat, no more then 1 cup of food at a time and especially NO COMPUTER AT NIGHT. I tend to find myself snacking when on the computer. No more computer after 6. Thanks all, I appreciate the advice.
