What's up with the annoying ads?

OMG they are driving me nuts too. I showed them to my husband and he is going to fix it for me this afternoon. I am clueless when it comes to computers. I can shop on here, check e-mail OH and FB, but aside from that, no clue. I don't get these pop up adds that you speak of anywhere else except on OH. Weird. I'll let you know if we can get rid of them what to do

there is a small bar at the bottom right side of OH that has two arrows, up or down, click it down (hide) and those ad's should disappear, this is the same bar that you use to chat with your friends with

I use firefox and only see the ads if I unhide that bar

Yes! I thought it was something on my computer but then I figured out it only pops up on OH. It's extremely annoying.
