Thank You Solio For the Recipe

I made it today and it is delicious!  I followed the recipe exactly but it was too much for my crock pot so I cut it in half and froze the extra ingredients to make another time.  The only change I made was that I used chicken thighs, because I like them, and I used 3 lbs, instead of the 1 lbs for half the recipe, to add even more protein.
It was super easy and if it is too much it is easy to make half.
I took a picture but it didn't come out that great but it give you an idea of how good it looks.
I'm going to freeze the rest so I will have dinner ready for me when I want it.  I would guess maybe 6 servings?

 I'm glad you liked it!  I have a new salad recipe that is both very easy to make and quite tasty!  I will probably post that later today or tomorrow.
