I've never heard of it. When I need a crust, I usally chop pecans, mix with Splenda and melted butter and bake for a few minutes. Then add filling. Works great with Pumkin or Pumpkin cheesecake recipes for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Let us know if you try this product and how it turns out!

Thank you Rhonda. I think I will try the pecan crust. I don't think this pie crust would get here in time for Thanksgiving anyways.

Agreed. Nut crusts are a good low carb substitute with some protein.
