I have surgery tomorrow and I swallowed my gum. I'm on my liqued diet the day before my surgery which is tomorrow and I accidently swallowed my gum. Do you guys think they will make me reschedule my surgery? I waited to long.

I doubt they will reschedule surgery.  But do tell them about it in case it is a problem.

I would say you'll be just fine. I was able to eat the day before surgery. Albeit a very small amount but I was allowed.
Your message though brings forth a message of why I still to this day do not chew gum. I used to swallow my gum all the time pre-op. I am so scared that I will do that now as a post-op without even thinking. I'm sure that's what happened with you.

Thanks guys. I just called the on call and he told me I was good but no more gum chewing. I almost freaked.

 Are docs did not lets us chew gum or suger free lollipops and we were on a for day liquid diet you should be fine but I would def tell them tomorrow just to be safe this is nothing to play with good luck
