shapewear question and or help???

ok, i am a 50 year old grandma of 3, mother of 2, and wife been married just short of 30 years, and i have a underwear question....holy moly..!!!

i just bought some shape wear (girdle thingy) gonna work up a sweat to get into it.. haha..anyhow do i wear undies under it? or is that the undies? with loosing 100 pounds, things just need to be a little harnesed...have a couple of christmas parties to go to this week so i would like to not jiggle so much...but at home, jiggling is just fine...lol lol

anyhow thanks for the help with this silly question, but i knew you would all understand sometimes a girl just needs some help

Hi Debby,  I am a 60 year old grandmother of 3 and mother of 2 and have ben married for 40 years- nice to meet you!!  I wear my underwear under the shapewear just becasue i like the secure feeling of it- also I wear a small pantyliner for too much laughing leaks!  My daughter uses the shapewear as underwear - i like the secure feeling of the shapewear for work and also bought one for my upper arms which jiggle more than any thing else on me.  Hope this helps

If it has a crotch I would just wear it on its own, if it doesn't have a crotch I would wear knickers over the top so I didn't have to wriggle out of it every time I wanted to pee!!!

yea i was thinking the same thing, i like my undies, and yes, they are granny panties and they are white most of the time, there were a few colored pairs in there too...its just going to be a work out to get into the, and hope i dont have use the bath room...uuggh!!! that will be quite the show for that too...holy jiggers...

I tried one of those things and it kept rolling down - how do you stop that - suspenders?  lol  And, where do you find ones for your upper arms?

    The BEST girdles, shapers EVER are the ones the dr gives after plastic surgery.    They hold EVERYTHING in place but they are expensive.     To this day I wont wear any jeans or pants without mine on but I hope that changes after this surgery.   Im just so self conscious!!!

where did you find the crotchless ones? they were not an option at the store today...and to be honest, if there was a pair there i would have laughted myself silly at first, but now thinking about it...sounds like a good idea..but i still cant fathom using the bathroom with crotchless ones or with the ones to come up and down....hummm
i have to decide by tomorrow as tomorrow is the party and one again on the 10th...

I bought my crotchless spanks from Lane Bryant....I love them !

I wear my shapewear daily (they have hooks in the crotch) and I wear my undies under them.
