I was wondering if anyone knows of any apps that are good workouts? OR a good workout video? Like at walmart or wherever.

I have both and I use the myfittness app... but it's not a actual 'workout' app... Also the Nike app...

I bought a beginners Zumba DVD from amazon for abou $5. Looks like fun! I also loaded some new music on my Nano, for walking.
