These shakes are so good!
I too loved the shakes for my first pre-op week. For my second week, they were still pretty good.
Now that I'm post-op, I'm eager to (slowly!) get back on regular food, and I'll have a shake almost every day for convenience and for the protein. And despite being down to only one a day, and despite varying the flavors, yes indeed, it is getting boring and tiring.
The two suggestions I have are: (1) Obviously, keep trying different flavors and/or sticking with your favorites. (2) It's only my opinion, but I'm finding the pre-made liquids to be creamier and more tolerable, while the make-it-yourself powders seem to be on the gritty side.
